Marketing Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and hardworking Marketing Assistant.

Key Tasks:
- Work with the Head of PR and Marketing and Marketing Executive to produce content for internal and external communications, ensuring an integrated and consistent approach across all media for both Kilver Court Designer Village and Sharpham Park spelt producers.
- Create engaging content for use across social media platforms
- Assist in maintaining and updating company websites
- Assist in creating regular consumer and trade newsletters
- Support through design for internal and external campaigns
- Manage image library
- Maintain and manage database systems
- Assist with delivery and implementation of cohesive local PR campaigns, write press releases and maximise opportunities
- Represent Kilver Court and Sharpham Park at internal and external events
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team
- Other duties as required

Key Outputs:
- Update website
- Newsletters and press releases
- Digital marketing activity including social media
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
- Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature
- Writing articles and promotional material for the company
- Preparing interesting copy for the website
- Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases
- Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials
- Collateral creation
- Monitoring and evaluating media coverage

Key Skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative, inc Indesign.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong creative marketing skills.

 Full Time Café Supervisor
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed supervisor to support and assist the Restaurant and Café Manager to help oversee the running of the Harlequin Café. Our Café is the sister of The Pantry Restaurant and you will have the opportunity to diversify and work in both when required.

What we look for in our Café Supervisor:
- Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
- Some natural leadership qualities
- Reliable, conscientious and have a smart appearance
- Hard working with an attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication
- Have a genuine passion for people, food and drink

Your role and responsibility will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting the Manager in the running of the business and to supervise shifts in the managements absence
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Maintain good working relationships
- Make sure customer care is at the highest standard at all times
- Ensure all systems in place are maintained at high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and service delivery are followed at all times

Sofa.com Pop Up Showroom Team Members – Kilver Court
Sofa.com  are looking for positive, fun, reliable and hardworking Sales Team Members to join our pop-up team in our new temporary showroom. As a member of our Sales Team you will be the first point of contact with our customers, and will spend your time advising them on the best possible sofa, armchair or bed that suits their needs! You should thrive in a customer service environment, always going above and beyond for our lovely customers. We’re looking for someone who’s ambitious and confident, with a strong can-do attitude who loves working within a team. Some experience in a sales advisor role is desirable but not essential, and it would be a bonus if you have a passion for interior design/art. Part Time Farm Hand / Gardener - Sister company, Sharpham Park
Our sister company Sharpham Park is looking for a part time Farm Hand / Gardener to work on its organic farm, just outside Street. This is an extremely varied, hands on and physical role, encompassing:
- All aspects of growing spelt from sowing to harvest
- Deer paddocks, alpacas and sheep
-Garlic, walnut and apple orchards
The gardens are of a very high standard and also include a working vegetable garden, supplying a commercial kitchen. The successful applicant will have an interesting and varied area of responsibility and must be enthusiastic and with a highly conscientious approach.
