WANTED – PLATE-SPINNER EXTRAORDINAIRE!
Not a role for the faint-hearted, Kilver Court is looking for an Operations/Site Manager to manage its multi-faceted Designer Outlet Centre and Event Venue.
The successful applicant will come from a hospitality/visitor centre/retailing background with all the skills these areas require –
a great understanding of food and profit margins;
a good working knowledge of health and safety issues;
a 'lead by example' approach and the ability to get their sleeves rolled up whenever necessary.

We are always looking for interesting, enthusiastic people to join our team – ideally with a background of retail and customer service skills or who are looking to gain experience in either retailing or the hospitality industry.

Due to the success and exciting expansion of our catering offer at Kilver Court we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative cook/chef to join our dedicated team.
We believe in delivering delicious, home-made food using organic and locally sourced products wherever possible, with Spelt being at the core of our dishes.
You will need to have a passion for cooking, a good understanding of margins and budgets as well as a keen eye for presentation.
Professional qualifications preferred, but experience and enthusiasm are just as important. Salary dependent on experience. No evening shifts.
