Sharpham Park is a 300 acre organic estate set deep in the Somerset countryside, owned by Roger Saul, founder of British designer label Mulberry, where we pride ourselves on our sustainable and organic farming techniques. It is here that we grow and mill spelt, an ancient cousin of wheat with many health, taste and nutritional benefits.

From this spelt we have created a selection of spelt products: the best organic breakfast cereals, spelt flour, pearled spelt – which makes a great ‘speltotto’ - and organic spelt biscuits. They’re nourishing, with a low glycemic index and as inspirational as the Sharpham Park Estate they come from.
