Emotional Freedom Treatment - Mary Thomas MNFSH EFT adv
EFT (sometimes called ‘tapping’) is a gentle yet powerful form of healing to restore balance in the body and create positive change both physically and psychologically. During EFT acupuncture meridians in the upper body are tapped, releasing the stress which underlies most disease. Mary is an EFT Master.

Mathew is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the British Osteopathic Association. He holds a post graduate diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics and is an associate of the Woman’s Natural Health Practice, Harley St, London. He has experience treating many different conditions, but special interests include musculoskeletal conditions, gynaecology and infertility.

As an osteopath Emily has special interests in a gentle approach to treatment, practicing Cranial Osteopathy. This is suitable for all ages from newborn babies to the elderly as it has a gentle and non-invasive nature.
