Sharpham PANTRY restaurant

The Sharpham Pantry Restaurant has a menu packed full of deliciousness and locally sourced, seasonal produce. There's a strong spelt focus, which is farmed organically at Sharpham Park.

The menu features a range of tasty dishes from light bites to three course feasts that are sure to tempt you. Sharpham Park worked closely with Bowel Cancer UK to put together Great British Spelt Recipes - many of which can be found on the menu in the Pantry. Choose from dishes by our famous culinary friends such as The Fabulous Baker Brothers, Tom Aikens, Hugh Fernley Whittingstall, Heston Blumenthal, Mark Hix, Yotam Ottolenghi, Rachel Green, Sophie Dahl & many more.

Our focus is on seasonal food, in keeping with our eco and sustainable ethos.
You'll find our menu changes regularly as we like to work with what's in season: our summer spelt salads are full of greens and fresh tomatoes, while in winter we'll treat you to hearty pumpkin speltottos. We work with local food suppliers and butchers to make sure our ingredients are fresh and delicious.

The menu features our celebrated flatbreads which are made locally by Artisan Bakery Lievito and topped with an array of tasty combinations, from fresh sliced pear with walnuts and blue cheese, to sautéed garlic mushrooms and pesto.

This spring, Roger Saul launched 'Spelt' a cook book filled with delicious recipes - all created with the wonder grain. You'll be able to try a selection of these dishes at the Pantry Restaurant!

Monday - Saturday from 9.30am - 4.30pm - Food served until 4pm
Sunday 10am - 4.00pm - Food Served until 3.00pm
