Guest chef Sven-Hanson Britt

As the rich and comforting flavours of autumn begin to appear, we celebrate with a four course feast, prepared by former Ritz sous chef, Sven-Hanson Britt at Kilver Court, Somerset.

Somerset is home to an array of exceptional food and delicious dining experiences and this September Kilver Court will host its second Feast Night, curated by finalist of BBC's MasterChef The Professionals, Sven-Hanson Britt. Equipped with an impressive set of culinary skills and inspiring ethos to match, Britt will be showcasing the finest fresh seasonal produce demonstrating his passion for sustainable food production. At £35 a ticket, it's set to be a great event!

Having worked together previously, Roger Saul and Sven-Hanson Britt
have carefully prepared a menu which celebrates the best of spelt, seasonal
produces, and a few of their own favourite flavours to tempt you.

Having farmed spelt for many years at Sharpham Park, Somerset,
Roger Saul has penned a sensational cook book, filled with delicious
recipes that showcase the wondergrain.

You'll find pages filled with mouth watering recipes from family and
friends, including celebrated chefs Signe Johansen, Amanda Hamilton
and of course, previous Feast Night curator Mark Hix.
